Miracle Foot Repair

Post by: Dee on July 2nd, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

I bought this product to treat a pretty severe skin condition on feet.

Miracle Foot Repair cost around $9.50. It is guaranteed to repair dry, cracked feet and heels. Help stop unpleasant odors and itching. Rejuvenate tired, achy feet.

The product did help with cracking, dryness and itching. I didn’t ask about the third promise. So I will have to try that myself. So far totally satisfied with this product.

Lumene Energy Cocktail

I was given this product so I don’t know how much it would cost.

I’ve used it in the evenings after cleansing my skin. It makes my face feel soft, but haven’t noticed any other difference. I can’t say that I like or dislike the product.

Neutrogena MicroMist Tanning Sunless Spray

Post by: Dee on June 10th, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

I’ve tried this type of product before with very streaky results. I decided to give it another go, so I purchased a 5.3 oz can for around $9.60+.

I got the medium (2) shade. First use, I did see streaking where I had missed spots. Second use was better as I could see the lighter areas. More pleasant smelling than others I’ve used, a little sticky, and will streak if not careful. It seems to dry quickly and I could see results in about 20 minutes. I haven’t decided if I’d buy it again, but fair temporary results.

Clariol Natural Instincts Shine Happy

Post by: Dee on June 9th, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

I wouldn’t normally purchase a product like this, but it was given to me so I tried it.

It is a clear shine treatment which says it provides 4 weeks of shine. The process was very similar to coloring your hair without the mess. It took about 15 minutes.

My girls said it looked like I lightened my hair and I thought it had more body. I wasn’t sure what to expect but am satisfied with the results.

Kroger Private Selection Spring Rolls

Post by: Dee on June 8th, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

I’ve tried a few of the Private Selection products which I’m guessing are supposed to be of higher quality than their other products. I haven’t been impressed until I tried the frozen Spring Rolls.

They were 3.99 a box for about 10 rolls, plus peanut sauce at my local store. They were excellent and flavorful. I will purchase them again.

Maybelline XXL Mascara

Post by: Dee on June 7th, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

Mascara at a good price. That’s “Maybelline XXL Mascara” and that’s all the positive I have to say about that one.

I bought it and only used it one time, not because of the wear or look of the mascara. I hated the design of the wand. It was too short and it drove me nuts. I gave it to my girls and they don’t seem to have a problem with it, but I disliked it enough to waste my money.

Jammin

Post by: Dee on June 5th, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

I’ve recently dealt with a company that has a good quality product with friendly customer service, but let me warn future customers of problems that I allowed to happen.

I’m talking about “Jammin”. They make custom warm-ups for sports teams.

I can’t really say competitively that their prices are better or worse than other companies, but our team has liked their product and this is the second time we ordered from them. I had done most of my initial order on the phone with our representative because this seemed to be what the company preferred. I also e-mailed some, but being inexperienced at this did not keep all correspondence. Make sure when dealing with them or any other company to keep copies of all correspondence. And with this company I was so worried about sizing I didn’t catch a color glitch on the “piece list” and “confirmation”. I had hand written any mistakes I  found, but didn’t get a confirmation on these, so now our club is paying for the $200 mistake.

I feel like the company should’ve eaten some of the cost because of the orders being taken on the phone, but just warning to those out there who might be a little too trusting as I was.

Reverse Phone Detective

Post by: Dee on May 14th, 2008 | File Under Uncategorized

I purchased this product for my boss for $39.00+/- for one year unlimited phone look-ups from Reverse Phone Detective. My boss receives phone calls in which she’d like the number looked up so a name can be identified & address if possible.

I thought this would be great if it worked. They also advertise 100% satisfaction. I’ve looked up over 30 phone numbers the only information it has told me on 28 of them was it was a land line or mobile. I already knew that. It gives me the option to do a trace for $9.99 each.

I wanted all that included in my search. So I’m totally bummed and unimpressed by this service.

Now I’m going to try and get a refund and I’ll let you know how that goes.
